Thank you Greg, I subscribed to the Blog. Obviously I find this topic fascinating; I'm an armchair litigator, if I could do it all over again I'd go to law school.
Question, what is the difference between submitting the suit as the seven individuals vs as a class action suit? Is it because the settlement process would be easier to accomplish?
