Re: A few tricky spots
1) Call the turn. You said villain was a LAG so you likely have a decent number of outs (4 nut outs, 2-3 outs for aces and a Jack might be good). 3-betting the flop might even be good if you think he won't 4-bet hardly ever (you preflop raise gives you some leverage to represent a big hand, so he might just call with top pair weak kicker), then take the free card. Also, was the flop 2-tone? Would he raise a draw?
2) HEPFAP talks about just calling here, but hardly anyone ever does it. Whatever, it's a pretty marginal steal so it should be dictated by table dynamics.
3) BIG SPEW. What the hell were you thinking? You say "they are not aggro on bluffs, only with a pair when they think I missed the flop" and then you go and pump an underpair?
4) River is only getting called by hands that beat you or tie, so betting achieves nothing.
