Hello Mr. Balfour,

I've been a regular player on your site for months now, and I have been trying to spread word of mouth to help build the business. I've also given you some action on your sportsbook.

However today and recently I've encountered unacceptable frequent short disconnects while trying to play. I have a rock solid internet connection of 5 Mb/s over a cable modem, but today your software disconnected 3 times within about 15-20 minutes.

Of course one of them happened right after I was dealt AA. The software reconnected within seconds, but not before it folded my hand.

So, two requests:

1) Track down the source of these short disconnects and put a stop to them

2) If a player is disconnected, give him at least as much time to reconnect and act as he would normally have to act if he weren't disconnected.
