Have you even heard metal made in the last decade? Dozens of metal drummer blow both those guys out of the water.
It'd be like saying Jesse Owens is the greatest sprinter of all-time. He was great in his time, but today's sprinters can get his times easily.
Same with Bonham and Peart.

Sorry, I guess it was not obvious what I believe makes a drummer "great"; it's not all technical skill.
