They actually came on time? Whoa.... well, you didn't get shafted on the delivery time, but you definitely got shafted.
1) They brought the same # of delivery guys that "couldn't" unload the TV last week.
2) They damaged the unit.
3) The TV is all pixelated, possibly due to the damage.
Suggestion: Tell them the unit is defective, which it is, then return it. Instead of having it delivered, find a friend with an F350 and have him help you bring it home.
