Default Re: Quitting smoking weed. Please help!

I quite smoking cigars a little over 3 months ago. I have quit cigarettes before – went off and on then off for a long while, then started cigars – went off and on. (Haven’t touched cigarettes in years.) I think I have the cigar thing licked now, but never know.

I get a bit depressed when I quit. I am a bit depressed this go around. I am sure the nicotine is out of my system from the cigars, but I still want one every now and then. I still get bummed out that I can’t have one. The physical addition is the easiest part to get over. It is the mental – or habit part that is the “monkey”. What makes it hard too is that I still enjoyed smoking as I am sure you did.

I feel great for not smoking. I plan to keep it that way. Don’t get off the wagon, you have come this far.

I have no answer to your question. I just wanted you to know you are not alone nor are you crazy (well maybe we both are crazy – at least we are not alone, though.)
