Yeah, I guess the only two options are to smoke a quarter a day or to not smoke at all. All I am saying is that like anything, moderation is key and overdoing it will obviously lead to a bad habit that interferes with everyday life.

I have smoked no more than one day a week, and usually less, for about three years and I don't see how this could possibly be as harmful as smoking a quarter a day. I enjoy hanging out with some friends and smoking on a weekend when I am not working or have any other prior obligations to family or school. How is this any different than going out bar hopping with a group of friends every week? If you turned bar hopping once a week into drinking a handle every night by yourself, then I can see how it has become a problem.
