I feel that the suggestion of Romantic Comedy type movies is missing the point of the OP. I'm assuming that this is for a casual carnal hook-up, and not to make her fall in love with you and bear your children.
With that being said, I agree with illeagle 100%.
Cruel Intentions. That movie turns a girl who wants to hook up into a sex machine.
If that is unavailable, I'd go with Unfaithful. That also gets their juices flowing.
Wild Things for an honorable mention.
