He can pronounce it however he wants. He can also insist that people pronounce it BEL-tran, if he wants. He can move the accent where he wants it.

I doubt he's gone out of his way to tell Jon Miller to pronounce it BELtran though. Miller is just trying to pronounce it correctly, that's all.
