Why not cap the flop. He may easily have only a Q or a good draw. Get the money in while you still have the best hand.
It would make the turnplay easier too IMO, since the 9 is a pretty bad card which completes an oesd and a gutshot.
If you capped the flop and BB leads again I would call down, if not I would bet.
