I've always thought the format of the Illistrated Guide to Texas Hold'em was exceptional, where you had the "poker problem" on the even-numbered page and the "solution" on the odd-numbered page. That way you got to see both all on on two facing pages, and it cut out the page turning and flipping that I found so anoying while reading How Good is Your Limit Hold'em.
In fact, if you cut out all the "illistrated" crap there would be room on two pages for a problem and a through solution that explored various possibilities. 150 throughly expolred poker problems (throughly explored by a competent poker authority) would be helpful to anyone.
Or you could grunch in the forums for a day or two...
