For low limits, a rakeback is better. If you make 5bb/100, the rakeback on the rake that you'll have paid to get to $4k profits is higher than 2000$.

Of course, at higher limits, say NL400$, the rake is capped at $3-4, which is very low compared to the size of the pots. Then, the bonus becomes more profitable ... as long as you change site when you reach $4k of profits ...
