I suspect Hezbolla was ordered by Iran to snatch the soldiers in order to provoke a response from Isreal. The purpose is to deflect attention away from the current situation with the Iranians.
I have a feeling its going to backfire for Iran. Isreal knows a conflict with Iran is inevitable. The Isrealies are probably thinking that its better the conflict occurs sooner rather than later. The Isrealies will keep pushing this issue until the conflict with Iran ignites. Its possible this time next year there won't be a Tehran.
