Great Post, thanks for sharing. I want to disagree with one of the replies on giving you advice:

I think this is horrible advice. Poker is supposed to be fun. You have a good background in a lot of different games. Each of these games exercises different poker muscles. I think you will be much better off in the long run by continuing to mix things up from time to time

The only game you should choose to specialize in is one called "Bankroll Management".
