I loved Miguel Sandoval in
Get Shorty: "We're gonna spend the weekend at the Universal Sheraton. Take the tour, see the shark....check out that Miami Vice Action Spectacular." I don't know if it's true that he runs a casting agency and gives himself the best roles, but I'm gonna choose to believe that it is. He deserves them; he's Miguel [censored] Sandoval.
Also, Joaquim de Almeida has been wonderful in what I've seen him in. He would make a great Bond.

Bruce McGill. Michael Mann uses him a lot, and he was especially impressive in
The Insider. Usually plays pompous, a-hole authority figures, but does it well.
