A few things...
First of all, great post Krishan. I always enjoy reading these numbers post, i have never been much of a numbers guy outside of basic odds.
Also, to all of you vowing not to look at your results, ignore winnings/losses etc... here is a thought. By not looking at the numbers, you don't really change much. People on these forums and in general have exaggerated downswings because of tilting, bad play, etc... During these times, it's inportant to have a good understanding of what to attribute your current state of affairs to, bad luck or bad play.
Not looking at your winnings will not magically make your care less about losing money, you just won't be aware of it. I look at poker tracker every day. I glance at my net total for the day, and then i examine my went to showdown, w$SD, folded to river bet, etc... It gives me a good indicator of how i ran, because i know where these stats should be for the way i play.
I'm rambling here, what i'm trying to say is, you need to just accept downswings. Try to plug leaks, whatever, but don't post about them, don't over-analyze them, it won't help. If having a 200BB downswing cripples your role, then i think you are under-rolled in the first place. I have had 2 downswings this month totally roughly 270BB and 14 thousand dollars. This has also been by far the best month of my poker career. Just play poker, it will easy, it will go easy, and all you can do is play your best. Who cares about anything else.
