Losing players are your customers. Appease them. Treat them nicely. Be friends with them. Keep them happy and they will keep coming.
That being said, if anyone invokes the "IWTSTH" rule on my, I fire my cards into the muck and lecture them on the purpose behind the "IWTSTH" rule. I will also lecture players on the purpose behind it if they call it on another player.
