They are working on retroactively refunding them right now as we speak (this is what they told me). Any new tourneys played should be refunded..

They have been rather mysterious over the phone but it looks like they fixed the following bugs:

-Disconnect protection works as intended now
-No more Side Pot error
-Blind skipping bug is gone
-Changed the interface a little bit. Mostly all graphical changes
-Refunded all tourney fees retroactively and any new tourney fees are refunded
-fixed the lag problem
-As a consequence of the lag problem being fixed, you no longer get sat out sometimes after winning a pot.

Problems they still need to fix:
-Increase maximum number of tables (I think this will be done within the next week; its not that hard and they were just waiting for the lag to be gone before they did it)
-Add 6-max tables
-Save Hand Histories to the hard drive
