You're not really defending your blind against a UTG raiser as he's clearly not on the steal. Unless you know this guy is LAG, I'd fold this in the BB. T9 suited is a nice hand in that spot with plenty of callers, but not great HU (even if you are half-way in) especially against an UTG raise, which should mean (unless the guy's an idiot) a better raising hand than average.

I do like the cr on the flop, though, but I think you're right to fold to a re-raise. Even if you've got as many as five outs, you've only just got the odds to justify calling and, chances are (unless the guy's a tricky player), you're badly beaten.
