I remember Otis being a bit more confrontational. Elaine not so much. I don't follow the inner workings of OOT as closely as others I guess.
Regardless, I stand by my opinion. If only because I'm tired of seeing Dynasty get all catty with Elaine (presumably due to his enormous man-crush on NPA)
