A computer has never aided a student to do anything but cheat.
Bumper stickers make no sense.

So you're what, like 70 years old? 80?

Granted, I had high school age students in mind more than college students. What would a kid do with a computer that isn't cheating? Basically, most of the "research" for papers probably ends up as plagerized material, or enables a kid to make progress without actually thinking for himself. I will concede that I should have probably said something more along the lines of 75-85% of computer use for school work is just to be using the computer, but the computer is providing nothing beyond traditional techniques. Even in a science education you only require computer simulations in graduate school or if you take a class specifically on computation as an undergraduate.
I can understand people that are for abortion and those that are against it. I can understand people that are for capital punishment and those that are against it. I can even understand the comfort irrational religous beliefs give people. I cannot understand someone taking a sticker and applying it to the bumper of his car.
