Whitefish salad there is stupendous. I had an everything with whitefish on Sunday. Max, this is important. Is it just me or do they put bacon in it?

Seriously, it tastes bacon-y. Megan agrees with me. I asked the guys behind the counter if it tasted like bacon but they're kosher.

I do know what you are talking about. I think that is just what whitefish tastes like. I would say it has a tart taste, but I don't know if that is the right word. It is a little smokey. It is sharp tasting - it doesn't go down easy like tuna salad.

By the way, another thing I object to about bagels is when people scoop out the bagel before putting on their cream cheese or what not.
