I guess it`s ok although I often bet the turn. Any idea what SBs flop call means?
As played I call the river for sure.

When it was a full table he seemed pretty straight forward when OOP. With both players calling the PFR from the blinds and calling the flop bet, I thought there was a good chance I was behind. This thinking could be some weak tightness from my normal full ring game play, which hurts me at the 6 max tables, especially when it gets even shorter than that. How should I be thinking on the turn?

With as much disrespect as possible. Your hand is often good, board paired which usually also good, you value bet and usually get at least one of them to fold (possiby SB with his K4). River will usually be an easy check/check.
Or, if you respect the guys, check turn and fold river. Pot will be small and SB bet into two players. Can you trust him though? I don't think I can ever be sure enough of that I'm beat on the flop to do this.
