There are many shows that should not be cancelled. However Firefly is the greatest example because it was such an incredibly good show, was treated so badly by Fox and just so totally obviously should not have been cancelled.
Another one I just thought of is Wonderfalls. Great little show which was really different with a gorgeous lead. I can understand why that got cancelled though, not such a wide appeal.
