Correct - but vultures intend to eat the sick and injured after they die. That's a world of difference from bringing a message of hope and life. And if the person doesn't want to hear it, he or she doesn't have to listen. What if the vulture is actually a caladrius? True, some people pull themselves up by their bootstraps, but most who overcome addiction learn to rely on a higher power. Why knock someone for saying that?
