Of course there is the argument that we should be playing as much as we can becasue we are making so much money now.

This is a reasonable argument, but I don't subscribe to it. I've never really been that concerned with making tons of money. The only reason I play is to have just enough money to do fun things like drink and travel.

Although I am a pro now, I only play like 2 hours a day or so. I get up at like 2pm, and by the time I shower, eat, go to the gym, and play a bit of poker, it is time to go party.


Basically, I just think that the "play as much as you can" mentality is not necessarily the correct one. If you start hating poker that much, it becomes like any other job. The reason i love poker is because i enjoy playing it and it gives me the free time and moeny to enjoy this part of my life.
