Thanks for the post.

I remember reading a few years ago, mostly on RGP, where there seemed to be a campaign going on agaist me in particular and Two Plus Two Publishing in general about how I never tipped, about how badly I acted at the tables, and my complete lack of social skill. So I do appreciate someone stating what's more accurate.
