Well my mom didn't walk in on me in high school, but she heard me and my g/f at the time in the house and figured out what was going on. My parents are a little more chill, so she didn't barge in...just told my dad to talk to me. My dad then gave me the birds and the bees talk that lasted one hilarious line that I will never forget:
"Bill, keep your dick in your pants."
And that was the end of it and it was never mentioned again.
