1) I think a good player can beat 200nl for A LOT. 10ptb/100 is not unheard of. Most of your opponents at this level are droolers - hard core droolers.
2) How much you are beating 200nl for before is not that important. What is important is how much you are beating 400nl for. If you are winning between 8 ptb/100 at 200nl and you are only making 2ptb/100 at 400nl, stay at 200nl for more money! With more money you can occasionally take shots at 400nl and slowly build uop the skills necessary to beat it for a greater amount.
