First off, I'd rather have him than the clown they have on the north side.

When I was in Chicago last time, I read a Trib that said the Sox are on pace to draw 3 million+ (and beat whatever the franchise record is) while the Cubs were on pace for less than 3 million for the first time in a long time.
Who the hell mentioned the Cubs? Typical fan that gives all Sox fans a bad name, always has to bring the Cubs woes into discussions involving the Sox.

Hey Sharktank, you know what's sad?
The White Sox are the defending world champions and still don't even draw close to the number of fans that the Cubbies do.

EDIT:
2006 Cubs attendance: 1.27 mil
2006 White Sox attendane: 1.254 mil

But yeah, you're right, they aren't even close.

sad that they win the World Series, the Cubbies finish in the basement, and the Cubs still draw more.
White Sox will always be the #2 team in ChiTown, win or lose. Sorry boy

I don't know many Sox fans this matters to. I guess it's more important for us to be #1 in baseball than #1 in city-wide fan support. I'll take #2 in "ChiTown" and another World Series ring, please. Thank you.
