So if OP was playing 10/20 and got paid $15 for every orbit he sat in (not having to post) you don't think his bottom line would look different? You think you could beat a player that plays no risk i.e. doesn't pay blinds and can wait as long as they want for premium hands all the while collecting rake?
I can't see WPEX returning any money but it's certainly not fair.
