Hi Terry:

Part of the reason it is more stress is that the ultra high limit players, just like I do, insist on competent dealers. This means no extraneous talking in the box, paying attention to the game, following all procedures properly, etc. Caesar's, like most new rooms, has problems in this area. Fortunately, as this thread shows, they are aware of it and I expect improvement there over time.
