Have you ever spent any time sitting or watching the high limit game. I have. And the abuse that you talk about doesn't exist. The fact of the matter is that players like Doyle Brunson, Chip Reese, Barry Greenstein, David Grey, etc. are quite professional when it comes to the dealers.

In fact, their game in many ways is much easier to deal since when a problem comes up, the players usually agree on a solution themselves and the dealer or floorpeople usually are minimally involved.

I do agree that some of the players you see on TV are poorly behaved, but these are not the players in the big game.
