I also play Kxs and Q8s+ if I am fairly sure I can get in for one bet with a bunch of people in the pot. I then c/f any flop where I don't hit at least two-pair or 4-flush. This is most of the time. Whenever I hit I usually pick up gigantic pots so overall this seems to work well for me.
Note, however, that this only works at very loose tables (50%-60% to the flop) and that I am a n00b with not many hands under my belt so this could be entirely wrong advice.
