Again, no one said Manning was perfect but to heap blame on him with the numbers he put up, and the way he played (esp. late) is shortsighted.

What numbers? The 9/18 for 100 yards in the first half, where the game was largely decided? The two picks that somehow the refs didn't see fit to give Pitt? Or the garbage yards that he got when Pitt was already up by 3 scores? Note how once it got to the "winnable" stage, suddenly he couldn't move the team as efficiently any longer. When it matters most, he evaporates.
