Actually, it would be easier than that. Simply take one of those stupid chain letters we all get, erase the content, and put this in. Then forward to whomever you want, including all the names up the chain as well. I have no doubt it would be flooding the internet within days.

The real purpose would be to put some law firm or companys real phone number in the firm slot. I'm guessing they would be so overwhelmed with calls, it would cause quite a problem. So pick some attorney you hate for the phone number, you know, those ambulance chasers that advertise in your town, your ex's attorney, it can't be that hard.
