Oh I see your refering to the first patriot act, but not patriot act 2 which under section 501 further broadens the definition of a terrorist into someone who violates ANY part of section 802 in the original patriot act(the section with the two definitions you posted). So you see yes your correct those are both being used for the defintion of a terrorist under the first patriot act but now under the second they have changed it to someone who violates ANY part of the first. Now you see where you went wrong, simple mistake no harm done.

Emonrad please sir what is it that im saying that has drove you to first call me a moron and now ignore me. Everything I have posted has been true, everything about the patriot act and everything about the ID card. If you cared about America you would care about this because it concerns all of us.
