From what we know:

He hasn't played 1 orbit, so he is either picking his spots, a tight player, or just had crappy starting hands.

Assuming the first two, what hands could he have that scare you?
KK/JJ - most players will PFR with these, especially in mid position with 1 or no callers in front of you, so you really can't put him on these
22 - as said above, this is a possibility, but a 6x BB raise to a tight player? I would think he'd junk that every time.

QJ clubs - very loose call by him pre-flop, and just dumb to miniraise in EP after a pot sized bet with an overcard on board

I would put him on AK, MAYBE KQ. I think he's one of those pick your spot guys with AK/KQ, flopped his K, and knew you were going to continuation bet after the flop so checked into you.

I'd push.

If he's folding 22 or any low pair there he's folding KQ as well for the most part. So his range is either much wider (including KJs, Q10s, 22, JJ, etc.) or much tighter (22, JJ). Since he's completely unknown I think you have to presume he has you beat here and do so until proven otherwise. At these stakes it seems like most players read a book somehwere saying to always call any raise OOP with any pair and then min check raise the flop or turn when you hit.
