Why do you people (except Randy) not make a distinction between Answering a phone, and Talking on a phone.
Sitting there for a few minutes talking and expecting to be dealt cards is one thing. Another is hitting the 'take call' button on your phone saying "hold on" leaving the person on the line and stepping away from the table after the hand.
The answer to this question is probably the most common answer to questions posted in this forum.
IT DEPENDS.
