I think you should have 3-bet. In SSHE they have put several factors that you should take a look at if a scare card comes for you on the river:
1) How many opponents are left (the more opponents left, the greater the chance that the card will beat you).
2) How many draws the card completes.
3) The likely range of hands your opponents might have.
4) How tight or loose your opponents are.
I think if you consider all these factors there is a big chance that you are still ahead. You had only one opponent left (MP1 folds) and the only draw that was completed is for a full house. To complete a full house he should have had AJ or JT. With the read you have given us (villain is agressive), he should have been betting into two pair more often then only one raise on the flop. Considering his aggression you could also expect a bluff-raise on the river. I think this will be the case way more often then that he actually has completed his full house.
