Not true. Being the author of the software, it is currently only developed for the german market (and thus in German), but will get an english translation probably still during June.
Also, it was never meant as a software purely for PS.de members (and why would I limit it to those?).
Support for other sites (Pokerstars, Fulltilt, Pacific etc) will be added during the next weeks.
