you're about where i am...

i'd spend a month or two getting everything in order...lawyers, investments, etc...

then, i'd let everyone that i'm close with know about the vacation i'm taking them all on. 1 month, doesn't matter where. i'm paying for everything, plane tickets, lodging, entertainment, expenses, hell, i'm paying for the time off from your job...

we'll rent villas somewhere, or the entire top 3 floors of a 5-star hotel.

on the last day, i will inform them that i am starting a trust fund for their kids' college.

then, i let them know that any further money spent on them (or given to them) will be done at MY discretion.
