Even the hugest of hands here is vulnerable. There's both flush and straight possibilities out here, and with five other players in the pot, I don't want all of them to see the turn. One would be fine, and I might just get it here with a push. If I don't, it's still a good pot to pick up.
Sure, villian might be on a draw, but you're 50-50 here, not to mention you have others to act that have you beaten.
If this were heads-up, your overbet concerns would be more valid. But I could easily see this move if the villian has a huge hand.
