I'm guessing its under 42 proof, a lot of liqours come in 45 proof and under, because in some states anything over 40 or 45 proof have to be sold at sanctioned "state" liqour stores. (ohio is one) Where as anyone with a beer/wine lisence can sell the lower proof.
