If you go to Germany you will see that when you get to 220 (km/h) the Porsche doing 210 doesn't need to move one lane to the right to let you pass, as he has already moved one lane to the right out of common courtesy, in case somebody going above 210 approaches from behind. Exactly. I remember seeing big billboards along the autobahn with "Rechts ist recht" (Right is Right). And they all do it. Even those that go really, really fast.
