Why the hell would he be having a heated argument with some stranger in a strip club in the first place? Who the hell even talks to random people in strip clubs, much less argues with them about vag stink?

From OP's description it was a club, not a strip club. There's a difference, in that at a club the house gets all the money and you might have sex with a woman, while at a strip club the woman is the one who gets the money for sex.
