Wow - I would have never guessed that. I was figuring something on the lines of "I just have a word to say about that" or "a word of advice". Do you know the origin of this - it has to be a short version of something or came from saying or song or rap or something. Is it a new saying - like in the past year or even a few months new or has it been around?

Sorry to hijack - OP. This will be over in a sec and we can get back to your poll. Actually, wouldn't it be interesting to poll how many know what "word" means or some similar lingo? It might be higher than the earthquake results.
