He'd do a lot better to learn to communicate in English before he gets here tho.
The work visa will be hella important tho. Without proper documentation he won't get work, at least not in places like las vegas where they are picky, picky, picky. Beyond this, I know nothing of this subject so you must seek help elsewhere.
