Since Mr. Goodlatte is a sponsor of this bill, I have decided not to waste my time with any
thoughtful and relevant arguments. Instead, I would like to simply address the statement that Mr.
Goodlatte was quoted as making in the Washington Post.
"Poker is absolutely a game of chance."
This statement confirms to me what I have already suspected for quite some time....that Mr. Goodlatte is a certifiable moron.
