Deadlifts, squats and sprinting. Eating lots of chicken, steak and fish. These are the things you need to do if you want to 'have your cake and eat it'.
One of the things I have found that I must accept if I want to drink hard and stay in shape is, unfortunately, a bit of a hangover. Eating heavy will pretty much negate the morning after effects for the experienced imbiber. Eating clean does not afford one this luxury.
It's worth it, though.

I disagree with the fact that basketball and surfing arent exercise, but I think that maybe I could do more running. I could definitely eat a lot more fish and chicken, but yeah that hangover part really sucks. Nothing better than getting a huge burrito at 3 am after the bars close to soak up all those drinks.
